Privacy Window Film for Homes in Denver

Privacy window film gives street- and neighbor-facing glass privacy during the day without blinds or curtains. Daytime one-way (reflective) film reads as a mirror from the street while you still see out clearly; frosted film diffuses the view entirely in both directions but passes daylight through — better for bathrooms.

The night-time trade-off

Reflective one-way film depends on the outside being brighter than the inside, so after dark with interior lights on it gives less privacy. For bedrooms and bathrooms we recommend a frosted or heavier dual-reflective film, or pairing a lighter film with a shade. We walk through this at the estimate. One-way films have a visible exterior look from a subtle silver sheen to a distinct mirror; frosted film looks like etched glass. Many privacy films also add UV and some heat rejection.

FAQ

Can people see in at night? Reflective film loses its effect after dark; frosted or heavier films keep night privacy. Will my house look mirrored? It depends on the film — you choose the level after seeing samples. Can I still see out? Yes with reflective one-way film during the day; frosted film diffuses the view both ways.
